Discovery Air Defence Services completes first mission for the German Armed Forces
On January 13, 2015 Discovery Air Defence Services completed its inaugural flight in Wittmund, Germany providing fast jet airborne training services to the German Armed Forces. The successful mission was flown in support of German Ground Controller Intercept training and numerous intercepts were conducted. DA Defence Services Deploys A-4 Aircraft to Germany
Discovery Air Inc. announced on October 29, 2014 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Discovery Air Defence Services Inc. has begun the deployment of its significantly upgraded, glass cockpit, advanced A-4N fleet to Wittmund, Germany to begin its contract with the German Armed Forces. Under its contract, DA Defence Services will provide fast jet airborne training services to the German Armed Forces for a term of five years, commencing January 2015. This announcement was made at the Ottawa International Airport by senior Discovery Air executives alongside, Member of Parliament for Bruce – Grey – Owen Sound, Larry Miller, Chair of the Government of Canada Transport Committee.

Discovery Air announces new airborne training services contract with the German Armed Forces
Discovery Air Inc. announced on January 30, 2014 that Discovery Air Defence Services Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Discovery Air, has entered into a contract to provide airborne training services to the German Armed Forces. Under the Contract, Defence Services will provide fast jet airborne training services to the German Armed Forces for a term of five years utilizing a fleet of seven Douglas A-4 aircraft.
